70cl / 53% – This limited-edition single pot still whiskey from Redbreast was distilled in 1991 and matured in a single first-fill sherry cask. Bottled in celebration of La Maison du Whisky’s 60th anniversary, this 25-year-old whiskey has sweet prune and apricot aromas, leading into a palate with notes of exotic fruits and vanilla.
