70cl / 46% / Distillery Bottling – A 16-year-old single malt from Old Pulteney, one of the most northerly distilleries in Scotland, that has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon and ex-oloroso sherry casks, creating aromas of honeyed vanilla, ginger, apples, dried fruit and creamy milk chocolate the fill the nose alongside Old Pulteney’s classic salty sea breeze aromas. The palate offers notes of rich Christmas cake, green apples, soft baking spices, dried fruit and dark chocolate with sea salt that linger in the finish.
