70cl / 59.5% / Distillery Bottling – Exclusive to The Whisky Exchange, this single cask whisky is made from organic Scottish barley and fermented for up to 114 hours to create a high-ester spirit brimming with flavour. It was matured in a first-fill ex-bourbon cask before being finished in an ex-Tequila cask, imparting green, floral and vegetal aromas of Padron peppers, wildflowers and citrus on the nose.
