70cl / 56.3% / Fable – This 12-year-old Linkwood was released by indie bottler Fable and is Chapter 2 of an 11-part series which is inspired by the legend of ‘The Ghost Piper of Clanyard Bay’. This single cask has aromas of lavender, green apple and hazelnut on the nose, alongside notes of lemon oil, peppermint and white chocolate on the palate.
