70cl / 55.4% / The Whisky Exchange – Casks of heavily peated whisky from Tobermory on the Isle of Mull have a strong reputation, but we found this one to be particularly evocative. Autumnal notes of pumpkin pie, sweet smoke and candied ginger come first, followed by vanilla, dried pineapple and toffee apples.
