70cl / 47.2% – The team at Kyro distillery has smoked its prized malted rye in a barn for a period of 24 hours using Finnish freshwater peat. This has imparted aromas of mossy peat, gingerbread and honey on the nose, leading to notes of scorched cinnamon, ground nutmeg and peat smoke on the palate.
