70cl / 57.1% / Mossburn – The waxy, coastal malt from Inchgower, was finished in a Sauternes cask by indie bottler Mossburn. This layered whisky showcases notes of lemon preserve, green grapes and butterscotch, underpinned by light honey and apricots.
