70cl / 40% – This single malt produced by Goalong distillery in the mountainous Hunan province of south-central China was matured for five years in ex-bourbon casks. The temperature variance of the region has accelerated the ageing process and brings complex aromas of hazelnut and honey on the nose, with cinnamon, toffee and soft smoke on the finish.
