70cl / 48% / Distillery Bottling – This expression of Glenallachie was finished in fino sherry casks – a dry white wine aged under a layer of yeast in Spain’s Jerez de la Frontera. This is a dram with bright aromas of bergamot and grapefruit peel, leading to creamy vanilla, caramel and subtle savoury edge.
