Description
70cl / 48% / Distillery Bottling – A limited-edition ten-year-old single malt form Glenallachie that was distilled in 2012. This was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels, before a secondary maturation in a combination of wine barriques from Languedoc, Medoc, Grattamacco and Valpolicella. The nose is bursting with pastel fruits with aromas of heather honey and caramelised biscuits, leading to notes of orchard fruit, orange zest, glazed cherries and a hint of cinnamon on the palate.
