70cl / 45.8% / Distillery Bottling – The Dalmore Vintage series combines the finest casks from a single year to create a whisky that embodies the very best of the distillery’s character. This 2008-release was initially matured in ex-bourbon barrels before being re-racked into Pedro Ximenez and Matusalem sherry casks. There are aromas of milk chocolate, candied satsuma peel and cracked black pepper on the nose, complemented by notes of buttered pastries, orchard fruit and hints of vanilla on the palate.
