Description
70cl / 40% – Coperies is the first single malt from Merlet & Fils, which has a long history of making liqueurs, aperitifs and cognacs. The distillery lies in the heart of Charentes and uses solely French barley to distil their whisky, which is aged in both new and old French oak casks. The result is a floral and fruity whisky with notes of rum and raisin ice cream, subtle spice and silky tannins that work well in an Old Fashioned.
