70cl / 40.2% / Douglas Laing – This impressive single malt spent 35 years in a refill sherry butt before being bottled by Douglas Laing to celebrate the Year of the Dragon. Expect aromas of pear drops, creme de peche and Manuka honey on the nose, followed by notes of lemon meringue pie, salted caramel and nutmeg on the palate.
