70cl / 43% – A sweet, rich blended whisky from A.D Rattray, Bank Note Five Year Old is made with a blend of Speyside and Highland malt whiskies, and Lowland grain whisky, matured in oak casks to create a mellow, alluring character. The nose brings aromas of vanilla, cream and green apples fill the nose, followed by notes of soft oak spice, caramel, candied orange peel and ginger throughout the palate.
