70cl / 54.2% / Duncan Taylor – Independent bottler Dunacan Taylor selected this fruity single malt from a classic Speyside distillery with a particular affinity for sherry casks. While that could refer to a number of the region’s great old producers, the keen-nosed among you may be able to narrow it down based on the distinctive notes of pear and citrus notes detectable around the influence of that sherry octave finish.
