The fourth instalment is a single malt that honours Lunasa, the mythical queen said to have sacrificed her life to render the land of Ireland fit for farming. Matured in casks that previously held Widow Jane bourbon, this is a fruity whisky with notes of lemon tart and red berries underpinned by dark chocolate and creamy vanilla fudge.
