75cl / 57.8% / Distillery Bottling – This rye contains six different whiskies made in Canada and the US, ranging from a 5-year-old cask to a 14-year-old cask. Bursting with big and juicy aromas from the outset, there are blackberries, apricot and grapes on the nose underpinned by birch and tobacco leaves. It’s an altogether spicier affair on the palate with notes of coconut, nutmeg and black pepper, leading to a pokey poblano pepper on the finish.
