70cl / 46% – This bold rye whisky from Victoria is aged in Shiraz wine casks to add notes of red fruit and dry spices to a paled of freshly baked bread, stem ginger, vanilla and milk chocolate. As well as heritage rye, the recipe for this distinctively Australian whisky is rounded out with winter wheat, malted barley and chocolate malt for extra body and complexity.
