A 1979 Glentauchers single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single hogshead for 41 years, before being bottled in April 2021 as part of its Private Collection. Aromas of vanilla, Seville orange, fried banana, baked apples and pineapple fill the nose, complemented by notes of red apple, poached pears, roasted cashew nuts, grapefruit, toasted oak and white pepper throughout the palate.
