A limited-edition 2010 Caol Ila from indie bottler The Firkin that has been finished in a single Marsala cask, before being bottled as part The Firkin Islay series. Aromas of savoury peat smoke, malt loaf, barbecue ribs and brambles fill the nose, complemented by notes of wild honey, dried lemon, ginger, paprika, black pepper, acrid peat and smouldering driftwood throughout the palate.
