A 2011 Jura single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill cask for eight years, before being bottled in January 2020 as part of its Provenance series. Sweet aromas of red berries, fresh vanilla and freshly-baked brioche fill the nose. The palate offers notes of sea salt, butterscotch, fruit salad, vanilla cream and hot cross buns that linger in the finish.
