Made in 2007 at Inchgower distillery, this Speyside single malt has been matured in a single refill hogshead for 11 years, before being bottled by North Star Spirits in June 2019. Aromas of pancakes, maple syrup and sweet-and-smoky bacon fill the nose, alongside tangy cola, and the palate offers notes of white pepper, caramel and Montecristo tobacco.
