Made at Glentauchers distiller in 1997, this Speyside single malt was matured in a single barrel for 21 years, before it was bottled in February 2019 for Elixir Distillers' Single Malts of Scotland series. A warm and spicy whisky, it has aromas of candied lemon peel, crystalised ginger and barley sugar sweets. The palate offers notes of toasted almonds, fiery ginger, toffee and chocolate.
