Colour…Toffee popcorn.
Nose…A succulent, sweet seductive aroma, chewy fruity wine gums, pear and sweet apple juice, sawn oak, vanilla.
Taste…Sherry-soaked sultanas, more vanilla, honey, marmalade, ripe orchard fruits, dates toffee, and candied pineapple, I have a dancing flamenco on my palate.
Finish…Medium finish with the sweet fruits, vanilla, and sherry notes lingering longest.
A particular fine cask blended Scotch Whisky great on its own and as the base of a fine Whisky cocktail.
