A 2010 Tormore single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured in a single refill cask for a decade, before being bottled in July 2021 as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of sweet vanilla, aromatic spices, lemon sherbet and malty cereal fill the nose, complemented by notes of ginger, black pepper, lemon meringue pie, sweet malt and lively citrus throughout the palate.
