This 25-year-old single malt from Tobermory distillery on the Isle of Mull has been finished in oloroso sherry casks. Released as a limited edition under the Hebridean Series, this expression is the third instalment of the range dedicated to showcasing the distillery’s coastal, delicate character. The nose has inviting aromas of freshly baked bread, candied orange and butterscotch, followed by blackcurrant jam, fruity tang and honeyed almonds throughout the palate.
