A 1995 Tobermory single malt from indie bottler Hidden Spirits, matured in a single refill hogshead for a quarter of a century, before being bottled in 2020. Aromas of peaches, vanilla, green grass, pineapple and butterscotch fill the nose, complemented by notes of shortbread biscuits, malt, oak and vanilla throughout the palate.
