Batch 4 of Tennessee Rye whiskey from That Boutique-y Whisky Company is a five-year-old whiskey that was finished in ex-oloroso and ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks and bottled to celebrate its 10th anniversary in 2022. Aromas of melon, papaya, overripe strawberry, black cherry, plums, dark chocolate and polished oak fill the nose, complemented by notes of cooking spices, rich caramel, sweet cherry, dark chocolate, burnt toast and charred oak throughout the palate.
