A 2000 Royal Lochnagar single malt from indie bottler Hunter Laing, matured in a single refill sherry hogshead for 21 years, before being bottled in June 2021 as part of its Old Malt Cask series. Aromas of peaches, toffee and green ferns fill the nose, complemented by notes of cherries, dark chocolate, oak, sweet spices and pepper throughout the palate.
