Distilled in 1985 at a mystery distillery on Islay, matured for 34 years and finished in an ex-Cognac cask, this edition of Peat's Beast was bottled in 2020. Aromas of sandalwood, treacle tart and sticky toffee pudding mingle with lime marmalade, heather honey and buttery toast on the nose. The palate offers notes of Turkish delight, peat smoke, tar, caramel, melon and vanilla panna cotta that linger in the finish.
