A 1998 Mortlach single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single first-fill bourbon barrel for 22 years, before being bottled in February 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of citrus peel, toasted almond and aniseed fill the nose, complemented by notes of honeycomb, red apple, black pepper and lemon zest throughout the palate.
