A 1987 Mortlach single malt from independent bottler Gordon & MacPhail, matured in a single refill hogshead for more than three decades, before being bottled in January 2021 as part of its Connoisseurs Choice series. Aromas of baking spices, fruitcake and clove-studded orange fill the nose, complemented by notes of red berries, nutmeg, orange and roasted nuts throughout the palate.
