This striking blue label conceals single malt whisky distilled at the Shinshu distillery in Nagano. Initially aged in ex-bourbon casks, this expression was finished in barrels that used to hold Minami Shinshu IPA beer brewed at the distillery, creating sweet, hoppy and spicy notes with vanilla oak, minty herbs and bitter malt.
