A 2009 Macduff single malt from indie bottler Douglas Laing, matured for a decade in a single refill hogshead, before being bottled in January 2020 as part of its Provenance series. Aromas of sweet oak, creamy vanilla custard and shortbread fill the nose. The palate offers notes of barley, brown sugar, vanilla cream and strawberry milkshake that linger in the finish.
