Batch five of Capmbeltown Distillery Kilkerran's Heavily Peated single malt is a smoky, maritime dram with a fruity edge. Aromas of vanilla cheesecake, rhubarb and custard sweets and rich peat smoke fill the nose, complemented by notes of Bramley apple pie, salted caramel, rich peat and windswept beaches throughout the palate.
