Batch Four of Kilkerran's heavily peated single malt was matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, creating aromas of sea salt, sweet peat smoke, toasted marshmallows, wild heather and smouldering bonfire embers that fill the nose. The palate offers notes of heavy peat smoke, rich malt, digestive biscuits, liquorice root, honey and seaweed.
