A 2006 Glencadam single malt that was initially matured in ex-bourbon casks, before being finished in white port barrels. Aromas of red berries, Victoria sponge, stewed rhubarb, acacia honey and rosewater fill the nose, complemented by notes of strawberry, summer fruits, redcurrant jelly, key lime pie, chocolate, pink peppercorn and Black Forest Gateaux throughout the palate.
