An 18-year-old Irish single malt whiskey from Dunville's that has been finished in Port Mourant vintage rum casks, that previously held a 41-year-old Demerara rum made in the world's last surviving double wooden pot still. Balanced aromas of molasses, sweet barley, toffee apples, poached pear, cinnamon and vanilla crème Anglaise fill the nose. The palate offers notes of muscovado sugar, sweet vanilla, stewed fruit, marmalade, rum-infused ice cream and oak spice.
