Rich fruit, spice and chocolate notes run through this trio of single malts that celebrates the relationship between The Dalmore and Symington Family Estates – the good people behind Graham’s port. Each bottling in the series showcases Dalmore’s richly textured single malt matured in selected single vintage tawny port casks. The 27-year-old and 30-year-old expressions were finished in casks from 1997 and 1994, respectively. While the mature and elegant 40-year-old Dalmore spent its final years in a tawny port cask filled back in 1952. This collection offers a perfect display of Dalmore’s excellence in cask finishing, as pioneered at the distillery under master distiller Richard Paterson OBE.
