The 2021-release of The Dalmore 35 Year Old single malt has been matured in a combination of ex-bourbon barrels, Port pipes and Matusalem oloroso sherry casks, before being married in first-fill ex-bourbon barrels. Aromas of roasted coffee, liquorice, orange, Morello cherries and ginger fill the nose, complemented by notes of marmalade, ground cinnamon, chocolate cake, chestnuts, raisins, mango, plums and pineapple throughout the palate.
