Part of Hunter Laing's Old Malt Cask series, this single cask Craigellachie was distilled in 2006 and aged exclusively in a single ex-sherry butt until it was bottled in February 2019. A lively, sweet whisky, it has notes of red berries, summer flowers, buttery shortbread and honey throughout the palate, with a strong, mineral backbone. The finish brings rich toffee, orange, espresso and dark chocolate flavours that linger.
