This first release of oat grain spirit from Circumstance distillery in Bristol, England, is made from malted oats and barley. Aged for 50 months in a combination of charred British oak and first-fill bourbon casks, creating oily and sweet notes of toasted granola, bitter orange marmalade, white pepper and lemon chocolate.
