Made in 2001 at Caol Ila distillery, this Islay single malt was matured in a single American oak hogshead until being bottled in April 2019 for Gordon & MacPhail's Connoisseurs Choice series. Subtle, smoky aromas of fresh citrus, green apple and creamy vanilla fill the nose, and the palate offers notes of bonfire smoke, bright citrus and crunchy apples.
