Sweet-and-salty aromas of vanilla sponge cake, wet sand and dusty book mingle with freshly-cut wood, biscuits and salted butter. The palate offers notes of sea-breeze, lemon slices, oak staves, green peppers, rosemary and sweet vanilla custard.
