Gourmet Crème Brulee was distilled in 2001 at Benrinnes distillery and matured in a single cask before being bottled by Wemyss Malts in 2018. Getting its name from its creamy, sweet character, this single malt has aromas of pear, mango, apricot and gooseberry, with hints of stewed rhubarb and toasted oak. The palate is full-bodied and heavy, notes of brown sugar, crème brûlée, caramelised apple and sweet raspberries migling together before a refreshingly light finish with notes of sweet honeysuckle and burnt sugar.
