A 2003 Ardmore single malt from independent bottler The Vintage Malt Whisky Co, matured in a single ex-bourbon cask for 17 years, before being bottled in 2021 as part of its Cooper's Choice range. Aromas of grassy peat, dried fruit and caramelised peanuts fill the nose, complemented by notes of sweet malt, salted popcorn, peat smoke, vanilla, orange blossom and poached pears throughout the palate.
