70cl / 49.5% / Whisky Sponge – This 29-year-old single malt from Tomatin distillery was bottled by Whisky Sponge and matured in a refill sherry hogshead, imparting a lightly-sherried character to the whisky. There are tropical fruit aromas of mango, banana and coconut on the nose, leading to notes of plum, cinnamon and nutmeg on the palate.
