70cl / 46% – A Blended Malt Whisky from Eden Mill, which takes its name from the original 15th century six-arched Guard Bridge that connected St Andrews with its old trading port of Guardbridge. This is a lovely marriage between sweet cereal notes, baking spice and licks of dried fruit.
