75cl / 53% – Originally released as a distillery exclusive, this rye whiskey from Sagamore was aged for a minimum of six years, including 18 months in ex-Pedro Ximenez sherry casks. The result is a spicy, layered and velvety expression with notes of toasted almonds, dried fruits, honey, toffee, candied orange peel and hints of cocoa throughout the palate.
