140cl / 51.8% – A pair of limited-edition single pot still Irish whiskies from Method and Madness, inspired by the distinctive flavours of Japanese cedarwood and chestnut. Initially matured in a combination of bourbon and sherry casks, these flavour-forward whiskies were then finished specially made casks – one in Japanese cedarwood, the other Japanese chestnut.
